At LUXO Clothing, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or size exchanges only if the following conditions are met:

  • The request must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
  • An uncut 360° unboxing video is mandatory as proof.
  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags attached.
  • Without an uncut unboxing video, return or exchange requests cannot be processed.

Refunds

Refunds will only be approved in cases where:

  • A wrong product was delivered.
  • A damaged product was delivered.
  • The issue is verified through the required uncut unboxing video.

Once approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been placed and confirmed.
  • Please review your order details carefully before completing your purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

The following are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products without an uncut unboxing video.
  • Used, washed, damaged, or altered products.
  • Orders placed with incorrect size selection by the customer (size exchange may be available).
